For the past 30 years, Lauren Henrici has been on a journey through the fitness industry.
As a fitness instructor and exercise enthusiast, she was both humbled and intrigued with the physical aspects of yoga.
Asana opened the door to the Eight-Limb Path of Yoga, of which she is a devout student.

Lauren began her yoga teacher training in 2003. She completed her 200-hour RYT through Yogafit, with specialty training in both prenatal and senior yoga. She teaches many styles of yoga including vinyasa, beginner, gentle, restorative, and yin. She is trained in Stott Pilates Intensive Reformer, certified as a personal trainer, and an instructor of willPower & grace®, AFAA Group Exercise, Spinning, PiYo®, and Step Aerobics.
Lauren is an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University in Hamden CT where she teaches yoga flow, gentle yoga, yoga pilates fusion, mat Pilates, and step aerobics.
She is a licensed Total Barre™ instructor and has completed Reiki training levels I and II, as well as CPR and AED.
